On the occasion of the ten year anniversary of the Interchange Fee Regulation (IFR), the following Associations Ecommerce Europe, EuroCommerce, European Association of Corporate Treasures (EACT), European Digital Payments Industry Alliance (EDPIA) and Independent Retail Europe are calling on EU policy makers to review the IFR to address the outstanding competition issues in the card payments market.
